SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Destinations

Lisa Ultra Max Wholesale currently ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within two business days after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise stated on the product page or communicated to you. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other events may affect arrival times.

Order Updates and Tracking

Tracking information is provided through Shopify once your order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear while the carrier processes your shipment.

Shipping Address Changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to request a correction, contact us as soon as possible at andyzhou@lisaultramaxwholesale.com or (646) 515-1331.

We will try to accommodate changes before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or handed to the carrier.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing, contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, please include photographs of the items and packaging when possible.

Keep the packaging while we review the issue. We will investigate and work with you and the carrier, as appropriate, to resolve it.
